En route, newly issued, co-signed Enforcement Directives classify ships outside humanitarian corridors as hostile by default. Moments after the hand-off, the Moore answers a distress call: Starfleet’s USS Gallant (Akira-class) is moving to stop the aid freighter Redhaven under those directives. The Moore must choose between obeying orders or protecting civilians—while keeping a clean evidentiary record and crew cohesion. |

A distress call from Redhaven triggers a standoff with the Gallant. Players pick a path—Interpose & Warn, Comply & Escort, Delay & Litigate, or Disable to Save—then handle fallout: triage, decompression, mirrored logs, and a clear command justification.
Success is measured by saved lives, clean evidence, visible ROE, and a crew that sticks together despite disagreement.
