For recognition of recruitment successes.
In order to secure a bright and long lasting future for the Moore, there must always be the continual introduction of excited and eager new players. This award is to recognize those who have successfully recruited a new player to the sim who remains on that sim for a minimum period of 6 months. (OOC award, not available to the sim's CO)
